Waves Forever respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Waves Forever web site.

Waves Forever does not share customer information. No personal information is sold or shared.  Email is maintained in the strictest confidence and credit transactions are secured through a business partnership with Bankcard USA.  

Waves Forever does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We do not employ cookies.

Waves Forever protects user information with the following security measures:
Secure SSL Shopping Cart - Our shopping cart uses its own secure certificate, provided through Authorize.net. You can shop with the knowledge that your transactions are being processed with 128bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data protection provided (The highest allowed by federal law). The payment gateway is provided Authorize.net.

Returns and Shipping Policy
 

We don't expect any problems shipping our products outside of the United States, however, it is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import our merchandise.  If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such merchandise or because such merchandise is banned, we will refund to your credit card your purchase minus twice your shipping charge (as we still incur the same shipping charges), 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred.

All merchandise must be inspected immediately. Damage Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery. If you think you have a damaged claim please contact us at contactus@wavesforever.com or fax us at 619-276-4038. The original packing slip must be included with your returned damaged merchandise.

We will not issue refunds for any of the following:  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;  Any DVD, VHS tape, that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap); Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

 

 

Merchandise Policy
 

We try our best to ensure that we can deliver your order in a timely manner, but occasionally the manufacturer may discontinue an item or it may be back-ordered. If such an event happens, we will notify you via email to inform you of your order's status.  You will not be charged for items that are discontinued or backordered.
