Waves Forever is an “ONLINE” surfing shop in San Diego, CA. We also have family relation with a surfing shop, Olympia Surf & Sports in Uwajima Japan.

Order Acceptance Policy

Waves Forever reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Waves Forever reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Waves Forever is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Waves Forever.

Waves Forever is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.
Delivery
The delivery times provided by wavesforever.com are estimates only. Waves Forever will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Waves Forever can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Refunds, Returns, Cancellation & Shipping
We don’t expect any problems shipping our products outside of the United States,
however, it is the responsibility of our customers to make sure that they are allowed to import our merchandise.
If the Customs in your country returns your order to us, either because you did not have the permission to import such merchandise or because such merchandise is banned, we will refund to your credit card your purchase minus twice your shipping charge (as we still incur the same shipping charges), 20 percent of the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other charges incurred.
All merchandise must be inspected immediately.
Damage Claims must be made within 15 days of delivery.

The original packing slip must be included with your returned damaged merchandise.
We will not issue refunds for any of the following:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
Any DVD, Supplement, that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap);
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty.
Special return offers apply to individuals only.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tags attached.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON FREE PROMOTIONAL OR SALE ITEMS
Order Cancellations
If notified before goods have been dispatched, Waves Forever can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, Waves Forever reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
Merchandise Policy
We try our best to ensure that we can deliver your order in a timely manner, but occasionally the manufacturer may discontinue an item or it may be back-ordered.
If such an event happens, we will notify you via email to inform you of your order’s status.
You will not be charged for items that are discontinued or backordered.
